Police are investigating the death of a woman who was found unconscious on a sidewalk Tuesday morning. While the NYPD says the woman's identity is pending family notification, multiple outlets identified the woman as Lyric McHenry, a producer who worked for Complex and also appeared in E.J. Johnson's reality program.

According to the NYPD, a passerby called 911 around 5 a.m. and police officers found the woman unconscious and unresponsive on a sidewalk near Undercliff Avenue and Boscobel Place. The woman was taken to Bronx Lebanon Hospital where she was pronounced dead. The Medical Examiner's office will determine the cause of death.

The Daily News reports, "McHenry, who was 20 weeks pregnant was dressed in a pajama top and no pants, although she was wearing underwear, police said. Her knees were bruised, but showed no other injuries. Some cocaine was found on her, according to police sources, who suspected a drug overdose."

McHenry had posted to Instagram Stories on Monday night while celebrating her birthday with her sister and friends at a few Manhattan hotels. PIX 11 described it: "The final video she posted shows McHenry with her arm around a man, the Manhattan skyline behind her. She blows a kiss to the camera as the man exclaims, “It’s your birthday!'" McHenry turned 26 on August 6th.

McHenry's father Doug is a director and producer; he produced New Jack City, Krush Groove, and the TV show Malcolm & Eddie and directed and produced House Party 2 and Jason's Lyric.
