A woman and her father were brutally beaten on a Brooklyn sidewalk by nine people last month, and the NYPD are searching for three women to question about the assault.
The incident occurred around 3:48 a.m. on July 29th, outside 370 Bay Ridge Parkway. The NYPD says that the group of approximately nine people approached a 24-year-old woman and her father, 48, and started "to assault the victims by punching and kicking them."
EMS transported the victims to Lutheran Medical Center, and the daughter received staples in her head, eight stitches above her eye, and treatment for a broken nose. The father, who had two black eyes and swelling to the face, received four stitches above the lip.
Police sources told the Daily News that the father and daughter were at the Salty Dog "when the daughter started dancing and ran afoul of a group of women." The group apparently followed them out of the bar and then proceeded to attack them.
Police released an image of the three women wanted for questioning.
