Add up intense winds, quickly falling snows and slush puddles and you get an obstacle course.
Yesterday, 9.4 inches of snow (as measured in Central Park) fell in Manhattan. In addition to intense winds and quickly falling snow, all the rock and ice melt salt turned midtown streets into an obstacle course.
