Here's The First Harrowing Trailer For Hulu's 'The Handmaid's Tale'

Hulu has released its first full trailer for its upcoming miniseries adaptation of The Handmaid's Tale, and considering our current political state of affairs, it's a little tough to watch. Still, it looks like star Elizabeth Moss is set to give a haunting performance as heroine Offred:

Other prisoners in the Republic of Gilead include Joseph Fiennes as Commander Waterford, with whom Offred is forced to attempt to procreate; Yvonne Strahovski ia the Commander's barren wife; Samira Wiley as Moira, Offred's best friend; and Max Minghella as Nick, Offred's eventual love interest of sorts.

All ten episodes of The Handmaid's Tale will stream on April 26th.
