Pride Weekend has arrived in NYC, and once again the parties and parades are plentiful. While this Sunday's annual Pride March is the big can't-miss centerpiece, there are a few smaller celebrations happening across the city that promise to be just as joyous. Read on for our picks on where to celebrate pride, and leave more suggestions in the comments. All events 21+ unless noted.

Teaze Her: NYC Pride 2018 Organized by HER (the dating app for lesbian, queer, and bisexual women), this celebration at LES nightclub the DL promises lap dance classes, a silent disco DJ battle, a spanking booth, and a "critically-acclaimed electrified viola," whatever that means. While the event, which takes place Saturday from 5 p.m. til midnight. It's an inclusive event open to all, regardless of how you identify.

Pride Island The pride celebration formerly known as Dance on the Pier returns for another year of DJ sets, drinks, dancing, and its new name: Pride Island. With a pretty stellar lineup both nights — Lizzo, Tove Lo, Big Freedia, Sasha Velour and Kylie Minogue are just some of the artists performing — it's definitely worth heading to Pier 97 in Hell's Kitchen for this fun-filled party. Performances run from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. both nights, and while Sunday's event is completely sold out, tickets are still available for Saturday.

Kunst: Pride Started by two former artists and club organizers, Kunst parties normally feature a variety of DJs, performers, and hosts, with a focus on diversity. This special pride iteration is no different, with a staggering amount of artists, drag queens, and DJs scheduled to perform on the rooftop and in the concert space of Bushwick venue Elsewhere on Sunday. The day portion of the party goes from 2-10 p.m., and the evening segment from 10 p.m. til "late," according to the event page.

Glitterati PRIDE: No Place Like Home Leave it to Brooklyn DIY venue House of Yes to throw one of the most extra(vagant) pride parties in the whole city. Glitter will obviously be the focus of the evening, which features "edible glitter, wearable glitter, glitter blessings," and "sparkle ponies," according to organizers. Tickets are officially sold out, but if you're desperate to take part in this glitter mania, arrive serving your sparkliest glitter look for a chance to grab a ticket at the door.

Horse Meat Disco/DJ Holographic, Output While the group's name might be a little off-putting, Williamsburg nightclub Output's pride celebration promises to be a good time regardless. Featuring "two of the best queer DJ crews from around the world," this party is perfect for the pride-goer who's serious about dancing; German production/DJ duo Discodromo will take over the Panther Room, while Horse Meat Disco and DJ Holographic will be spinning in the main room.
